Seller and scope

These terms apply to APEX digital purchases that accept this version. Physical products and booked services retain their separate terms. Earlier purchases retain their accepted terms and refund promises.

The product you receive

The Closed Loop is a digital guide with 17 chapters read online in your browser while this site is available. It is one payment, not a subscription. No downloadable guide or finished AI assistant is promised. AI services and hosting are paid separately.

The APEX Humanoid Interface is digital source code, artwork, animations and interaction code supplied as a ZIP under the selected Creator, Commercial or Studio License. It is humanoid UI and UX only, without the Apex assistant, AI brain or AI voice. No repository invitation is included. Its license rights are defined by the selected License Agreement, which controls the permitted uses. The purchase does not transfer ownership of the original software or intellectual property. Your independent creations and third-party components retain their respective ownership and license rights.

Payment and delivery

The checkout shows the product, selected license where applicable, final price and currency before payment. Prices are in USD and include VAT where applicable. Contact support with your payment reference for a tax invoice. Access follows successful payment and recorded required consents. If delivery cannot be completed, contact support; non-delivery does not remove your rights to a remedy.

Refunds and cancellation

The versioned Refund & Cancellation Policy accepted at checkout applies. Digital purchases are generally final once delivery or access begins, except where applicable law provides otherwise. Defective, incorrect, misdescribed or undelivered products retain the remedies required by law. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights. A payment dispute alone is not proof of a license breach. Any restriction following a refund or reversed payment is subject to applicable law and the applicable license.

Included guide and Build Review

APEX Build Review is a 60-minute video session on one problem, priced at $249 USD, with The Closed Loop included at no separate charge. The session remains fully refundable up to 48 hours before it begins, even if the included guide was accessed. You may reschedule once with the same notice. Inside 48 hours or for a missed session, the fee is generally not refundable, subject to mandatory law and individual exceptions. A full session refund closes its included guide access unless another valid purchase grants access. There is no separately priced guide portion to refund. Immediate digital-delivery consent applies only to the included guide, not to performing the booked session immediately.

Use and support

Guides are for your own learning and building. Do not share paid guide accounts or redistribute the guide. Source-code use is governed by the selected license. No particular financial, business or technical result is guaranteed. Ongoing support, custom development and work between sessions are not included unless expressly agreed. Disclosed third-party requirements apply, without limiting remedies for misdescription or defects.

Purchase records and privacy

We retain product and payment references, supplied country, accepted document versions and wording, consent times, access grants and available access/download events for delivery, accounting, support and disputes. Country is supplied by the customer or payment provider; an IP address is not sole location evidence. Optional analytics choices do not switch off necessary purchase records. Payment card details stay with the payment provider. Contact support for data-access or correction requests, subject to records we must retain by law. The website Privacy Policy explains service providers and other data practices.

Applicable law and document priority

Israeli law governs these terms without limiting mandatory consumer protections or court rights applicable to you. Mandatory law prevails. The selected license controls source-code usage rights; this versioned Refund & Cancellation Policy controls digital cancellation, subject to any more favorable express purchase promise. These digital-specific terms control over inconsistent general website wording for the covered purchase. Later edits do not retroactively replace the version you accepted.
