Terms, Privacy & Refunds

"Customer" - any person or entity placing an order or using the Site. "Product" - any product offered for sale on the Site, including aluminium business cards, 3D-printed mini stadiums, display cases and engineering services. Most products are made to order and personalized for the Customer.

The Operator may update these terms from time to time. The version published on the Site at the time an order is placed is the version that applies.

• •The Site offers personalized products (such as aluminium business cards and laser engraving), made-to-order 3D-printed mini stadiums, display cases, and design & engineering services.
• •Images, renders and colours shown on the Site are for illustration only. Reasonable differences may exist between on-screen display and the final product due to display, material and finish variations.
• •Product availability and stock are not guaranteed. The Operator may discontinue or modify any product at any time.

• •Orders are placed through the Site. After entering the order details, the Customer is redirected to a secure payment page operated by our payment provider, PayMe or PayPal, depending on the product. The checkout identifies the provider.
• •Credit-card details are processed directly by the payment provider and are never stored on the Site's servers.
• •All prices are in New Israeli Shekels (₪) and include VAT, unless stated otherwise.
• •An order is complete only once payment is actually confirmed. The Operator reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order before charging, for any reasonable cause (including suspected fraud, a pricing error or lack of stock), in which case the Customer will not be charged.

• •The delivery commitment and shipping cost are shown or agreed before payment. We will contact you about material delays. Your cancellation and other statutory rights remain unaffected.
• •Delivery is by self-pickup or courier, as agreed. Responsibility and risk for the product pass to the Customer upon delivery.
• •The Customer is solely responsible for the accuracy of the details provided (including spelling of names, text, phone numbers, logos and designs). A product produced according to details supplied by the Customer will not be refunded or replaced due to an error originating with the Customer.

Most products on the Site are made to order and personalized for the Customer, and are therefore subject to the exemptions in the Israeli Consumer Protection Regulations (Transaction Cancellation), 2010, which exclude goods manufactured specifically for the consumer from the right of cancellation.

• •Before production or design has started - the order may be cancelled for a full refund.
• •After production or design has started - cancellation of goods genuinely made to your specifications depends on the applicable law and work already performed. Ordinary catalog goods are not automatically treated as personalized.
• •Cancellation requests can be sent using the contact form, by phone at 052-530-6308, or by email to ruben@reznikov-eng.com, and take effect upon receipt by the Operator.
• •Nothing above derogates from the Customer's statutory rights in the event of a defect or non-conformity, as detailed in the Warranty section.

• •The Operator warrants against manufacturing or material defects only, for a period of 14 days from delivery.
• •The warranty does not cover: natural wear, scratches, damage caused by misuse, improper storage, exposure to extreme conditions, or damage caused by the Customer or a third party.
• •The warranty does not cover defects arising from content, designs or files supplied by the Customer.
• •For a covered defect, the remedy is repair or replacement of the product, at the Operator's discretion. Nothing herein derogates from rights that cannot be waived by law.

A Customer who uploads or supplies any logo, text, graphics, design or 3D model file(including STL and STEP files) declares and warrants that they own all rights in that content or hold a lawful licence to use it, including a licence permitting commercial paid printing. The Customer shall indemnify the Operator against any claim, demand or damage arising from infringement of intellectual-property or other third-party rights in content supplied by the Customer.

All rights in the Site and its contents - including designs, templates, images, texts, code and trademarks - belong to the Operator or its licensors. No part of the Site may be copied, reproduced, distributed or used commercially without the Operator's prior written consent.

• •The services and products are provided As-Is, beyond the express warranty set out in these terms.
• •In any event, the Operator's liability to the Customer shall not exceed the amount actually paid for the relevant order.
• •The Operator shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential or special damage or loss of profits of any kind.
• •The Site may contain links to external sites (such as Gloryboard and third-party sites). The Operator is not responsible for their content, products or policies.

Digital purchase records also include accepted document versions and wording, consent times, supplied country, payment references and available delivery, access and download events. Necessary records for delivery, accounting and disputes remain even when optional analytics are disabled. IP address is not sole evidence of country.

• •When you place an order or contact us we collect information you provide - such as name, email, phone number and order details - in order to process the order, respond, and provide the service.
• •Optional analytics uses browser storage rather than tracking cookies. Essential services, including sign-in and payment providers, may use their own storage.
• •Only after you allow analytics, we collect page visits, button and link clicks, active reading time, scroll depth, device type and referring source to improve the Site. We use a random visit identifier in sessionStorage and a daily changing visitor hash. Measurement does not collect form contents and is not used for advertising or marketing emails. Records are processed by our Apex service hosted on Railway and stored using Supabase. Detailed events are kept for 90 days.
• •Analytics is off until you choose Allow analytics. Decline and Allow are equally available, and closing the notice does not give permission. Reopen Privacy settings at any time to withdraw permission. Your choice and its date are stored in localStorage for up to 180 days. Browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals keep analytics off. Essential website, security, order and account processing continue independently of this choice.
• •Model and design files you upload for an order are stored with our hosting provider strictly to fulfil that order. When you upload a STEP file, your browser loads the reader component from a public code CDN (jsDelivr); your file itself is never sent there.
• •Payment is processed by the provider identified at checkout, including PayMe or PayPal. Card details are handled by the provider and are not stored with us. We retain the order and payment references needed for delivery, support and accounting.
• •We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties. Service providers (such as payment, hosting, delivery and email) may be used strictly to deliver the service.
• •We take reasonable measures to secure the information, though absolute protection cannot be guaranteed.
• •You may contact us at any time to review, correct or delete your personal information at ruben@reznikov-eng.com.

The Customer undertakes to indemnify the Operator for any damage, expense or claim arising from the Customer's breach of these terms, unauthorized use of the Site, or content the Customer supplied.

Israeli law governs these terms without limiting mandatory consumer protections or court rights applicable to the consumer.

• •Should a court find any provision of these terms invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
• •The Operator may amend these terms from time to time; the updated version applies from its publication on the Site.
